1. General Rules

• By registering and placing an order, you fully accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
• epicprovider.com reserves the right to change, reorganize, or suspend any service, product, or condition without prior notice.
• Users are responsible for providing correct and up-to-date account information. Misuse or providing false details may result in suspension without refund.
• All intellectual property on epicprovider.com (designs, texts, codes, logos, and content) is legally protected. Unauthorized use or copying is prohibited.

2. Service Conditions

• If you place another order on the same link before the first one is completed, both may process with the same starting numbers and your balance may be lost.
• If your profile is set to private, the system may mark your order as “Completed” without delivery. No refund is given in such cases.
• For partially completed or canceled orders (excluding private accounts), unused balances will be refunded automatically.
• Services such as bots or low-quality followers do not come with guarantees. Drops may occur at any time, even within 24 hours.
• EpicProvider does not provide exact delivery time guarantees. Times shown in service descriptions are only estimates.
• Orders to accounts with prohibited content (adult, gambling, betting, political, violent, or illegal material) are strictly forbidden and non-refundable.
• Balance added to the system is non-refundable. Refunds may only be provided if the issue is caused by us and no alternative service exists.
• Do not change usernames, links, or hide accounts before your order is completed. Otherwise, the system may close the order as “Completed.”
• EpicProvider is not responsible for incorrect links or details provided by users. No refund will be issued in these cases.

3. Compensation Policy

• Guaranteed services cover refill of dropped amounts but do not guarantee permanent results.
• Compensation applies only to public accounts and if delivery is less than (Start Count + Order Quantity).
• No compensation will be provided if the username or link is changed after placing the order.
• Compensation requests can only be submitted 24 hours after an order is marked as completed.
• Each order is evaluated individually. Multiple orders for the same profile are not combined.

4. Responsibilities

• EpicProvider is not responsible for account bans, post removals, or social media platform updates that affect results.
• EpicProvider only guarantees the delivery of amounts stated in the service description.
• Users must not share their account or login details with third parties.
• Fraud, abuse, or illegal activity may result in permanent account termination without refund.
• Platform updates may cause delays or service interruptions. Customers must accept possible delays without claiming refunds.

5. Refund Policy

• Balances added to the system are non-refundable.
• If an order is not completed or only partially completed, the unused portion will be refunded automatically.
• Refunds are not provided for drops unless the specific service explicitly includes a refill guarantee.

6. Privacy Policy

• EpicProvider keeps all customer data strictly confidential and does not share it with third parties, except if required by law.
• Payment information (e.g., credit card details) is never stored on epicprovider.com servers.
• By registering, you agree to receive occasional announcements via email or other communication channels. You may opt out at any time.

7. Service Continuity

• EpicProvider reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend services without prior notice.
• Updated Terms will always be published on this page. Continued use of the site means acceptance of new Terms.
• This agreement remains valid until the membership ends or until one of the termination conditions occurs.
